The Add-a-Heater Kit helps to fill a void by providing a screw in style grid heater element and a serrated flange nut for installation into an aftermarket intake horn. This is the preferred option to install into an intake horn that does not have provisions for an air throttle valve. If your vehicle has an intake horn (stock or aftermarket) that does have provisions for an air throttle valve, this is the preferred option HERE.

- If you are installing this heater into a cast intake horn, you will need to drill and tap the horn for installation. To drill you will want to use a 13/16" drill bit and a M22x1.5 tap.
- If you are installing this heater into a fabricated "pusher" style intake horn, you will want to drill a hole using your 13/16" drill bit and weld on an M22x1.5 bung.
